Even though the format of the competition has been a disaster, there have been many players who have so far been outstanding. Below are the ones that have impressed the most:

Sam Carter

Carter has been the best play in the Brumbies team this campaign and his performances have put him back in the spotlight to play for the national team. The only thing that the player needs to improve on is his consistency. In the Super Rugby competition, he has been a fantastic player week in week out but he needs to up his game when playing for his nation.

Carter is one of the best at breaking play up along with been extremely effective in the line-out and scrum. As well as been strong and mobile enough to be a real pain to the opposition he has excellent hands. If he continues his fine form this campaign he is sure to secure a spot in the Australian team for the test matches in June.

Henry Speight

One player that has refound his form this season is Speight. Bernie Larkham the Brumbies coach say that he is back to his best and the team is repeating the rewards. He has had a lot of injuries during his career but now that he is fully fit and full of confidence he is one of the top performing players in the league.

His size and speed along with work rate make him a special player. When he is playing to his best ability he is an unstoppable force and if he staying injury free he will be a great asset for the national team. He is playing that well that it may be worth looking for bookmakers bonus bets to put a wager on him being the top scoring in the upcoming tests.

Kyle Godwin

Since moving to the Brumbies Godwin’s game has improved dramatically. He still has a long way to go before reaching his peak but if he keeps on improve at the rate he has done this season he can become world-class. One thing he needs to work on is his kicking skill during general play but that will get back with experience.

Tom English

Big things are expected from Tom English as when he was a rookie he should great promise. He is full of enthusiasm and makes his presence felt all over the park. The Australian rugby team needs a strong carrier of the ball and in English, they have that. If he can improve his catch passing along with reading the defensive game better he could secure play in the Aussie team for the tests in June.

Tolu Latu

This season Latu’s free bets online improved a great deal and now he is getting the recognition he deserves. He may be a lot smaller than his predecessor Tatafu Polota-Nau but he has other skills which are enabling him to reach the top of the game. He is great at tackling due to his size and strength but needs to improve on his throwing in the lineouts. If he can do that then he can become a world-class star.
